Using Raised Planting Beds

There are many types of raised planting beds around that can either be bought or built. You can easily use these to landscape with and plant flowers in areas that may need a little help with soil or just the overall look. They are also great to plant herb gardens and vegetable gardens as well as some types of fruits like strawberries. They can be built in just about any configuration you can think of and bought in many sizes and materials including recycled plastics and organic woods.

One of the biggest misconceptions is raised beds are all rectangular and you need to have a large level space to utilize them.
